Notes on this view:

This recent 4x6 snapshot of a restored WWII training aircraft was printed in 2009 using a high-end inkjet printer with pigment inks. The image has vibrant colors and a large tonal range. Despite being produced with the inkjet process, the image appears photographic to the naked eye.

This aircraft is part of the Red Thunder Air Show Team. According to the team's website, this plane is a YAK-52 Advanced Trainer. It was designed and built as the flight trainer for the Soviet Union DOSAAF Aeroclub (a voluntary association for the support of the Army, Aviation and Fleet-paramilitary sport flying organization). The aircraft has served as military trainers for the USSR, Romanian Air Force, Lithuania, Hungarian Army and Military Flying School of Bobocu-Buzau.
